Ingredients
- 4 cups Seedless Watermelon (must be cubed and frozen)
- 1 cup Full-Fat Coconut Milk (canned provides best texture)
- 1 tablespoon Lime Juice (freshly squeezed is ideal)
- 2 tablespoons Agave Syrup (can swap for honey)
Instructions
- Cube the watermelon into even pieces to ensure the mixture blends smoothly.
- Freeze the watermelon cubes for at least four hours to provide the frozen base.
- Measure the coconut milk and lime juice precisely to maintain the nutritional balance.
- Combine the frozen watermelon, coconut milk, lime juice, and sweetener in a high-speed blender.
- Pulse the mixture gradually until you achieve a soft-serve consistency.
- Transfer the mixture to a chilled container and freeze it for another hour if you prefer firmer scoops.
Notes
Use very cold storage containers so the ice cream stays firm longer. Add a pinch of salt to balance sweetness and enhance natural melon depth. Blend in stages to avoid overheating the blender motor. Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks and thaw at room temperature for 5 minutes before serving.
