Ingredients
2 cups full-fat Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
Optional garnish: paprika (for color)
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, dill, chives, salt, pepper, and cumin
Mix until smooth and well combined
Transfer to serving bowl and sprinkle paprika on top for garnish if desired
Chill for 15-30 minutes before serving
Notes
For variations, try adding diced cucumber, roasted red peppers, or chopped cucumbers and chickpeas
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 48 hours
Serves best at room temperature after chilling
