- 2 tablespoons (20g) grass-fed horse gelatin powder
- 1 cup (240ml) grass-fed beef bone broth
- 1 tablespoon (14g) organic virgin coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon (21g) raw unfiltered honey
- 1 teaspoon (5g) grass-fed butter or ghee
- 1 pinch (1/8 teaspoon) unrefined sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon (1.5g) organic turmeric powder
- 1/4 teaspoon (0.5g) fresh grated ginger root
- 1 pinch (1/16 teaspoon) ground black pepper
- Optional: 1 teaspoon (5g) colostrum powder
Instructions
- Measure two tablespoons of premium grass-fed horse gelatin powder into a mixing bowl.
- Pour one cup of bone broth into a small saucepan.
- Heat the bone broth gently to approximately 160°F without bringing it to a boil.
- Grate the fresh ginger root into a small bowl.
- Arrange the remaining ingredients within arm’s reach.
- Add the heated bone broth to the horse gelatin powder gradually while stirring continuously to prevent clumping.
- Mix the turmeric powder with the black pepper in a separate small cup.
- Pour the turmeric-pepper mixture into the gelatin and broth base while stirring steadily.
- Add the grated ginger and stir until fully integrated.
- Pour in the organic coconut oil and stir vigorously for thirty seconds to emulsify.
- Stir in the grass-fed butter or ghee until melted completely and evenly dispersed.
- Add the raw honey and stir until completely dissolved.
- Season with a pinch of unrefined sea salt.
- If using colostrum powder, add it and stir for forty-five seconds until fully suspended.

Notes
Use bone broth heated between 155°F and 165°F to activate gelatin hydration without destroying beneficial nutrients. Add gelatin slowly while stirring constantly to prevent lumping.
