Instructions
- Measure organic cottage cheese into a medium-sized bowl.
- Grind whole flaxseeds immediately before use.
- Add the freshly ground flaxseeds directly to the cottage cheese.
- Stir the cottage cheese and ground flaxseeds together until creamy and uniform.
- Add raw honey and stir thoroughly to distribute the sweetness evenly.
- Continue stirring for 1 to 2 minutes to create a smooth texture.
- Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl.
- Arrange fresh berries on top.
- Sprinkle sliced almonds or walnuts over the mixture.
- Dust lightly with ground cinnamon.
- Add filtered water or plant milk if the mixture is too thick.
- Mix gently and consume immediately for best freshness.
Notes
Grind flaxseeds right before mixing and eat the recipe immediately. Do not prepare it ahead, because the flaxseed compounds oxidize and the texture separates.
