- 1/4 teaspoon raw honey, optional
Instructions
- Pour the filtered water into a clean small drinking glass.
- Add the food-grade baking soda directly to the water.
- Stir vigorously for 15 to 20 seconds, until the baking soda is completely dissolved.
- Allow the fizzing reaction to subside for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
- Add the optional fresh lemon juice, Himalayan pink salt, or raw honey, if desired.
- Stir again until any optional additions are evenly combined.
- Drink immediately after preparing.
